Get directionsMy air conditioner coil went out it still have a warranty the part is on back order. I paid 3200$ they keep calling me and telling me they coming out. But never come then a worker called and to me they have a better coil that they can put on today08-06-2021 and he told me that I need to give him 1600$ I told him no I will not cause my part is under warranty he told me ok fine then you will have to wait 4 months then suit yourself and hung up. I keep asking for a manager and they never call me.
I had ARS install a brand new AC unit in 2019. I have 2 units on my home , every since the install the upstairs unit stop working the beginning of every season and the reason they give is because they where shipped a bad batch of thermostat. Now here it is 2021 my upstairs unit pan was crack an leaking in my bathroom I reach out to them June 22, 2021 around 1am. The guy came out and told me the part and install would be $1100. Ars attempted to sell me on ductwork repairs on a system they installed 5 years ago by sending me pictures that were NOT of my ductwork.

I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service. I was told that my post dated check would not be cashed till Monday and it was cashed on the Friday before. Which put my account in a negative status and charged me for an overdraft fee of $36. I furthermore am going to cancel the service I have them because I am not happy with their customer service.
