I would definitely not recommend this company. After having a new Air Conditioning unit installed 17 days ago, I come home from vacation and the new unit is not working as it is frozen. Call ARS (24/7 service) and am told no one can come until Monday afternoon at the earliest. After fifteen minute on hold I am told a tech can come sometime today. Tech shows up - exact words "Nothing I can do System is frozen - needs to thaw." The tech goes to his truck to schedule follow-up visit with senior tech the next day but instead jus... read more
These guys came out on a Saturday when my ac stopped working. They recommended a replacement for my dinosaur of a unit, and then replaced my ac unit, furnace, ductwork, and thermostat in the same day. Amazing service, 100% will use them again in the future.
Mr Ruben Roo did an excellent job at our home. He first checked the A/C system to identify the problem, then he provided several options and recommendations. He also took the time to answer the questions and to explain the benefits of each option. Im addition to providing a great technician to do the work ARS was able to resolve our problem on a weekend within 2 hours of contacting them.

The gentleman completing the service on my HVAC system was well knowledgeable and polite as he explained every step in his repair. My home warranty service wanted us to wait for four days to come and look. Brothers came the same day and fixed the problem. My house was over 95 degrees at the time. Well Done
