On August 13, 2021, I contacted ARS due to my HVAC system's failure to cool. ARS is the original installer for the May 11, 2018 installation. Of the two units installed by ARS, the larger stopped cooling. I called their service line around 8 AM on the 13th and was surprised they committed to send a tech between noon and 5 PM. The tech called me around 6:30 PM and arrived around 7:30 PM. He measured the temp from the vent then headed outside to the unit. Called ARS Rescue Rooter on a Monday Evening - we setup an appointment for the Technician to be at my house on the Wednesday Afternoon - I get a call on the Wednesday Afternoon stating that the Technician will not be available for 2 more weeks. Could have told me that up front, and I would have contacted a reputable company. Totally unprofessional experience. Paul

When called for AC leak, AJ Perri sent a guy (Steve Stoksy) who spent 1 hr doing nothing and ultimately up selling us to get the HVAC unit changed. He couldn?t find the source of the leak was his final word charging $100 for doing nothing. 10mins after he left, WE found the source of the leak( which was very obvious). When he was called back, he said that we would need a plumber and he is not the guy for that. We wasted our time and money with this guy for him doing nothing.
