On December 30, 2020, we purchased a $12,000 air conditioning unit from ARS. I explained to the salesman that my sister is an MS patient and cannot get overheated. He claimed this unit was the very best and that there was a guarantee that if they could not fix any problem within 24 hours, ARS would provide a hotel room or portable units to keep my home comfortable. Easy to deal with, in time and very helpful. Got a new system installed next day. It had a faulty part and they have us window AC units to use until they got it straight, which they did early the next day. Only complaint would be the bill before they started was not itemized

Nathan came during the 2 hour window we were given and the office called ahead to let us know. He checked both systems in a timely manner and explained what he did. The the fan in the new system that we bought recently needed a little adjustment and he took care of it. I appreciate that he wore a mask while inside and cleaned up, reset the thermostats and turned out the lights when he was done.
Bluedot gave me a curtesy call to remind me of our prepaid spring service. It had slipped my mind so I was thankful for the call. I was pleased to know they had weekend appointments available. Anthony arrived within the schedule timeline to perform our spring maintenance. He was respectful to me and our home and he performed his check up thoroughly.

Thorough, clean, on time. With their regular maintenance I never have problems with AC.
I contacted Angies List for a contractor to recharge my residential HVAC system, shortly after the inquiry I was contacted by ARS / Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach and scheduled a service call appointment on 8/5/2021. I was at work but my wife was home upon the technicians arrival, he checked our system and informed my wife the freon was low and required that he perform a nitrogen a/c leak test and clean the coils at a cost of $3000.
