Tyler W. came out to diagnose and fix our plumbing issues which turned out to be complex. He was very professional, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that the issues were repaired. I would highly recommend Tyler and Aksarben. I was extremely impressed with the service he provided.

Terrible experience with this Company. Had a yearly service contract and called them when our downstairs AC was not cooling. Technician came out and said it needed a new condenser fan motor, a capacitor and a conductor. Would come to $2k and would have to order parts. Suggested a salesman come out and give us a quote on new system. We declined and said order the parts and do the repair. After a week of 85 degrees downstairs, I called them twice. Said someone would call me right back. That was 3 weeks ago and not a call back ... read more

go somewhere else . we puchased hvac in june 2019 , first issue it was not hooked up to heat when installed , then got a lette the begining of this year the permit has not been closed -2yrs later left plenty of messages to return call and never heard from anyone .I had to pay in july for a motor fan to be installed . they are charging me 28.00 a month for warranty and my carrier has a 10 year warranty . Now i have had a flood and need all new ductwork oh someone came out sorry but they can't do it I need quote for insurance ... read more

Will fix it has excellent service. Ernest Turner tried everything he could think of to fix my issue & it worked. I really appreciated that. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing issue that I needed fixed. Their prices are a little high but the service was excellent. Thank you.

I have too much to say right now. Paid $14,000 for this AC less than a year ago and the inverter board has gone out. I am paying Hotel fees because I can't not stay in the house due to medical conditions. Every time I call just like in all these other reviews they say that someone else is going to call you back and that they're going to escalate it to a manager not one time I gotten a call back. The Technician Al was absolutely 5 STARS. He was an absolute gentleman, very knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He ran into all kinds of difficulties when installing a new Lennox evaporator coil. He definitely needed assistance in the attic with cutting, holding and maneuvering the equipment around. When he called his manager,they had only one person available, with no experience and she could not lift herself into the attic , as she showed up when Al was almost done, and he and I ( the 68 year old customer ) had done... read more

I would definitely not recommend this company. After having a new Air Conditioning unit installed 17 days ago (which was also a fiasco), I come home from vacation and the new unit is not working as it is frozen. I call ARS (24/7 service) and am told no one can come until Monday afternoon at the earliest. After fifteen minute on hold I am told a tech can come sometime tomorrow. John **** was a great technician fixed our problem wit the installation of our reme halo
