My Blue Dot technician did a great job of servicing my HVAC system and took the time to explain each step of the process and even answered all of my questions.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ARS! I paid just over $17,000 in 2015 for a top-of-the-line Carrier system. I also have their semi-annual maintenance program where they come in twice a year and supposedly do preventative maintenance. Here are the key takeaways from my experience: - I don't have all the maintenance records, but the records I've kept show that ARS has been to my house at least 18 times since 2015.
