I was charged $350 dollars for an emergency replacement of my expansion tank. After he replaced the tank and was in his truck doing paperwork, I noticed that the new expansion tank was leaking. I had to run out to his truck and grab him. He had to take the tank off and rework the fittings. If I had not caught that, it would have been leaking until I went back out to the garage. Furthermore, that work was not done to code. I first found this out from another Beutler plumber that came out to give me a quote for the replacement... read more
I have used ARS for several years. Matthew was my plumber today and he fixed my problem immediately. He was prompt in getting here and so nice. The customer service is excellent.
Mike gave us outstanding service with ARS today, very professional !
The phone receptionist was very pleasant to talk with and was able to find a technician to dispatch within the hour. The technician showed up promptly. He worked quickly and was honest about his assessment. Although everything checked out okay he did try to sell me a new system just because it was old and showing its age but he was not overly aggressive. Simply informing me of my options.
Steve jinkins did a good job with inspection and repair of my ac and heater
They were right on time explained everything they did were very courteous and talked with me about my unit in terms I could understand. They also have flexible weekend hours which is great so people don?t have to take off work for a service call. They are also very reasonably priced and run specials often .
Good service both HVAC and plumbing. Did not have to ask them to wear a mask, he had mask on stepping out of his vehicle, professional.
Carl is awesome, fast and personable, very businesslike. I want him as my personal ARS MAN.
