Everything went great regarding the install. The only thing that could've been better was a bit of mess left in the HVAC closet but nothing too expensive to clean up.
3 days: furnace inspection, estimate for replacement, install of new furnace. Great Services. Each technician provided professionalism, knowledge of their areas and genuine concern about the issues relating to my furnace health and replacement. Much respect to Lee, Brian Rensi, Josh and Shannon. I have been using Columbus Worthington Heating and Cooling for about 5 years for my cooling and heating inspections and issues. The company provides extremely good services.
I called with two questions: 1) do you perform gas fireplace inspections/tune-ups and 2) about how much would that cost? That was Monday, October 25th. Today is Friday the 29th. Still waiting; no one, NO ONE I have spoke to can answer those (easy?) questions.
Called ARS about my thermostat not working properly this morning. They came out before 1:00 and replaced my bad thermostat without question. The technician was professional and had me back to working within 20 minutes. I was very happy with there response.
This company is disorganized, incompetent, and iVe had the worst time getting their manager to agree to replace a small areas on my AC unit, which is moldy. I paid top dollar for my Daiken unit. They keep messing up the scheduling, cancell, dont follow uo!
Thorough. Estimate was high but the examination and options were more thorough than other companies.
I had a Heat pump system replaced. The Techs arrived on time, explained how the replacement would proceed. They completed the job on time and answered all my questions. Prior to departing they completed a cleanup. This is the second time I have used Worthington Air, the service they provide is exceptional. I will continue to use Worthington Air for all my future HVAC needs.
