Second time I have uses CWA. Service was prompt and they delivered as promised.
On time and great service. The service tech Carlos was informative and thoughtful
I spent nearly double the amount of competition pricing for, what I thought, a labor and parts warranty covering 12 years. My A/C has been out for ten days. Not only has it been out, but I also had to call to get updates if my part arrived. When I called 4 days ago they said my part arrived. I had to wait to be scheduled for today between 8-12. Everyone at Blue Dot was truly phenomenal in delivery of excellent service. From the office team, Autumn and Donna, to the technicians Paul, Brandon and Mike, to the salesman Matt. My service contract needed to be updated and I scheduled my winter service checkup. Paul found a serious problem and discussed my options. Matt came out and reviewed the possibilities to get my furnace back in service. The next day, Brandon and Mike were at my home on time and were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Got a new AC installed about 2 years ago. We have never had any problems. All reps have been professional and knowledge. Sokol, a service tech was out today to do maintenance and was great. He was quick and efficient and explained everything to me thoroughly. Thank you Sokol!
