David Gonzalez was very thorough. He took time to explain what he was doing and things I would need to know about my HVAC unit which was very helpful. I highly recommend Brothers heating and air.
They did low quality work which I paid $7000 for. They would have gotten away with it if I did not go up in my attic and inspect the "Done" job. The salesman also said they would do certain things I asked for yet they did not. Thus 7000 was to replace my ducting and re insulate my attic. I found ducts they did not replace that had holes in them. They hung ducts in a way that cut the air flow down by 75%. My husband & I feel we were overcharged for the installation of our gas water heater. Although, we take the blame as we agreed to the charge. However, after I reflected and did more research, and talked with other people, everyone agrees this was way overcharged. We had been without hot water for a week & our regular plumber could not get to us for another week, so we went with ARS as they are the company Home Depot contracts with. $1995.00 for installing a hot water heater, is excessive. Awful company; no integrity behind their promises and marketing campaigns. We had an emergency as our furnace stopped working a few days ago. After some research, we ultimately decided to move forward with AJ Perri and were given an awful window for a technician to arrive between 12PM-8PM on Friday, 11/05/2021. I started following up with AJ Perri's office manager around 5 PM and was repeatedly assured that the technician would arrive. The worst company I have ever dealt with they installed a new carrier infinity unit on 09/09/21 and tried using a nest thermostat on this unit till I was alerted by another A/C company that this will not communicate with the unit I paid over $10,800 for better efficiency , it took there crew over 15 hrs. To install plus have failed 2 county inspections finally passed on 10/27/21 and corrected thermostat issue that had to complain for for sometime. I called ARS Rescue Rooter out to my home on Lakeport Ave on Apr 29th. Anthony Boleyn the Excavation Manger came out. I told them I needed a PVC sewer line installed from the foundation to the street of my home along with a new separate waterline put in for my duplex home. I was given an estimate of 9000 dollars for the work pending the removal of two trees that are located on my front lawn.
