When our air conditioner cut out we called ASPEN AIR CONDITIONING(now ARS RESCUE ROOTER). Aspen installed the unit and provided service to us for a dozen years. The serviceman advised us that the compressor had to be replaced at a cost of $3400. He recommended that we replace the 8 year old unit. He called a sales person who was at our home in short order. He too suggested the replacement at a $6500 cost. I located the original installation contract which provided a 10 warranty on parts. The serviceman did not mention this! ... read more
They have a reputation of ripping people off for a reason. Highly suggest you look elsewhere for repairs. They were 2+ hours late, charged 4x market value for the parts they replaced...and the heater still didn't function. They claim to have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee...and after charging me roughly $1,000 for parts that didn't solve the problem, they offered 15% back. Avoid at all costs.
Hi I have had work done in the past with will fix it excellent customer service Ernest the tech did a outstanding job!!! I would recommend we fix it to anyone. Mrs.Dixon ??????????
Jason was professional, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He did great work and left everything clean and neat. I would use ARS again for plumbing needs.

Rescue Rooter came to my home on time and geared with PPE & shoe coverings. The service man was friendly, professional and thorough. I have signed on with their 2x a year inspection program for heating/air conditioning. The inspection program offers a discount on other services.
