Two service appointments were scheduled and occurred on 1/3/22 and 1/4/22. The purpose of the call was to inspect for potential gas and water leaks. After two days of technicians coming out, numerous calls, poor internal communication, & misdiagnosis, nothing was solved. The Allgood technicians that came out both days stated I had gas leaks in different parts of the home and to call the gas company to have the gas shut off. I bought a 500 dollar service contract and was told to wait three days for a discounted appointment to get my heater repaired or even looked at by AJ Perri. NEVER AGAIN will I use them.
Dale did a thorough check of my heating system. He explained what he was looking for, and showed me how he checked it. He explained how the safety features of my system worked and why they are important.

Had a new 16k system installed last February with whole house filter. This season the thermostat keeps tripping Aux Heat. Phoned for service last month and the technician discovered the whole house filter was never installed! He said they would contact me. I waited a month and had to contact them. Set appointment for 12-5pm. The technician no called and no showed but did seem to think it was ok to call at 7pm at which point I have guests for the evening.
