Run, don't walk from this company. We had an absolutely terrible experience. Our new construction home had HVAC installed under this company. Within our warranty time frame, we noticed black mold in our daughters room around one of the vents. Contacted ARS and was given the run around for THREE MONTHS. It took an entire month before a technician even came out, and then he had to submit his report to management to get it covered. We went through ********** to buy a Hot Water heater. They chose ARS to do the install in March 2021. In January 2022 our breakers started having issues and we had to pay someone to come investigate. They found out the water heater connection was leaking water on the wires causing the outages. We contacted ARS as it was still under warranty. Great service very professional and fully explained the maintenance on my furnace.
Our service today was exceptional!! Technician was incredibly knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Was interested in whole home air purification system and was able to install same day as quote appointment. He was so thorough and even found batteries in our thermostat that had started to corrode and would have caused system failure. Thank you for the outstanding service!!!
Called this company this morning after 8 am to get help with a significant plumbing leak at my home near Aynor, SC. Appt was set up for 11:30 am today for tech at home. They said he would call around 11 am to let me know when he would arrive. By 12 noon I had heard nothing and called to get update. They said he was still on another job, should be through shortly and would call me within 30 mins. At 12:35 pm still heard nothing and called office again. Very unhappy with the service. My pipe was damage by company worker because leak detection was 4 feet off. Company worker did not replace what he dug up, no moister barrier either. The concrete collapsed on top of the old pipe.. It was disaster since day 1. Now I have mess zone in my kitchen and I have to replace plumbing for all house. My pipes are old, no questions about it.
