Brian was very courteous and filled us in on the work he did.
During our annual furnace inspection by the technician from Aksarben Heating and Air Condtioning, Ryan discovered that our furnace motor and wheel was on the verge of mechanical failure (not a good thing in February). After discussion, he confirmed the furnace parts were available and returned within 3 days to install the new parts. Ryan is completely professional, performs outstanding work, and provides superb customer service.
David and anyone that has ever done work at our house has been honest and professional. Also the people I talk to on the phone are very nice and easy to work with....

Julian and Alex did a great job installing our HVAC system on Feb 10, 2022. They were very professional and polite and the unit was up and working smoothly the same day. They answered all of our questions regarding setting the thermostat. The work site was left spotless and they took pride in doing an expert job. Highly recommend.

We?ve used Columbus Worthington Air for over 20 years and are very satisfied. Our 18 year old heater died on a Friday, and that same morning the CWA sales rep arrived and did a thorough job of explaining our options. We made our decision and the next morning the installation team arrived to install a new HVAC system, which was up and running by 4 pm. Each employee we encountered (technician, sales rep and install team) was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air!
ARS installed a new HVAC system in October 2020. The system was not all comparable. This confirmed by Carrier and other companies. Myself and my family were left without heat on multiple occasions in the middle of winter. My family had to huddle in a walk in closet with two dogs and a space heater to stay warm. We were assured a technician would be out and the never showed. This happened multiple times. On the multiple occasions pipes froze and broke in the home.
