Quoted$39 service call but wanted additional $394.00 to proceed upon arrival. I had to pay the $39.00!
Were a bit late for both appointments but did a great job. Really nice crew. Replaced leaking water heater.
ARS guys were very helpful and patient. They came out, assessed the issue with my plumbing, provided a quote, and did a great job. Jacob was especially great at explaining what needed to be done and did a very good, clean job. Thank you!!!

Andrew from Jack Howk Rescue Rooter did a fine job clearing the kitchen drain pipe. He was friendly and explained the situation well, advised some recommendations, and the job was completed in a short time at a competitive price. I fully recommend their team. I will definitely call them again!.
I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst service I've ever had. Be careful when you buy a furnace/hvac system. Allgood does not want to keep their end of the deal when it comes to warranties and will give you the run around. Will come out to make questionable quick solution repairs instead of replacing parts, so they don't have to foot the bill when you're under warranty but will cause you bigger problems down the road.
