Had them come out for a A/C tune up The tech said your system is old and needs to be replaced and the other system they don?t work on . They want me to replace both systems NOT GOING TO HAPPEN !!! Already had a different company out to charge the systems and all is fine . As for the 50$ tune up keep it you must need it more
The Aksarben tech, Brandon, came by to perform our Spring checkup. He found issues with the A/C and furnace and clearly explained what the issues were and how to resolve them. He was polite, knowledgeable, and made direct eye contact during our conversations. He was not only good at his job, but was also an IoC, an Instiller of Confidence. Glad he was here. Also, our maintenance plan saved us over 10% on the costs. I'm satisfied.

The service technician came for our biyearly preventive maintenance and was very thorough checking out all the systems completely. He was courteous on a rainy day being certain that he did not track in any water or mud. He carefully explained each of the things that I need to do to keep the system running properly. Highly recommended.
Solid experience with AJ Perri across the board from the time I placed my service call for a heating issues until the installation of both a new heating System and AC system 48 hrs later. Mina came out for the service call and was a straight shooter .giving me both repair/new system options and pricing. I honestly never had a problem with AJ perri. I always use them. Like always! I kind of wish they did appliances. What ever I need to be done it just gets done. I have gotten water heater, furnace, plumbing and sewage all done by them. I can honestly think only one time things didn?t get fixed and was because we had the roots growing through our pipes. In 24 hours, it was done and already inspected by the town. Permits approved. I will always recommend them!
