Technician was good, girls on the phone, not so much. Been a customer for over 10 years and they have gone down hill and prices keep going up
Three times a charm! After two previous unsuccessful service calls within one week, your tech, Troy Smith, identified our ongoing water heater problem within moments of arriving today! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and promptly fixed the issue to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Troy and plan on requesting him for any future plumbing needs.
Had a duct cleaning. The 2 technicians were knowledgeable and polite. They wore shoe covers when in the house, were as unobtrusive as possible, and did a thorough job. They also gave me useful advice about maintenance.
I have been doing biannual service performed on my 2 Hvac systems with AJ Perri for at least 5 years now. Aside from the one time overcharging by their technician of more than $150 to change a simple fuse, all their other technicians have been professional, courteous, and reasonable for the maintenance work they do on my systems.

My experience with ARS was problem free. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He serviced my units fixed what was wrong showed me how to flush the system, ordered new ultra violet lights because the ones that were in had blown. He said he would come back and install them when they come in in a couple of days but it took a little longer than expected, but that was ok because when it came in he did come back and replace the lights. Other than that I am very satisfied with the service I received.
