The technician is polite and professional. He did the service in timely manner. The communication about the arrival time is great to help me anticipate when the technician may come within the scheduled window. .

I had no issues with the technicians. The local management is another story. The inter-office communication sure seems to leave much to be desired. Without going in to boring detail, suffice it to say that an e-mail to a senior VP at their corporate office got the ball rolling. I shouldn't have had to go to that point to get my issue resolved.

I had lost my trust and confidence with A/C repair technicians and companies, then Geoffrey came to my door. From the moment he identified himself, I knew I could trust him! He carefully trouble shoot my 2 and 1/2 year old unit, I had turned it off because was not cooling enough. When he said to me that everything was ok and showed me how to set up the thermostat, and I just had to pay for the visit, I took a deep breath and thank God for him! Thank you Geoffrey, you restore my faith! I really appreciate you and the company!

We had our A/C installed July 2019 through ********** as they used this company as their vendor. We were under the impression that they would also replace the Copper lines but unfortunately we didn't read the fine print, if you are installing new A/C you must replace the Copper lines. Fast forward not even 3 years later and my A/C was not cooling, they sent technician out he was late they told me 1-4pm and he ended up showing up at 8pm couldn't find the problem because it was too dark and he had to come second time, and foun... read more

The technician came out but nose was stuffy so he could smell the mold coming from vents. But he did see the vapor barrier all ripped up and not sealing the areas where new duct work was done but left exposed. Have mildew smell and new duct work. Have ants from exposed areas where duct work was done.
