ARS up charging customers and not following up This is a continuation to the scheduling fiasco I experienced, see ARS scheduling nightmare post. On April 7th around 5:25 ARS technician Angel R******** performed our air conditioning tune up. I inquired about the UV Air Cleaning systems and Angel shared to remove mold in the air handler a system with a UV light is $695. He mentioned this is only good for the Air Handler if you want the air going into your home to be clean and free of bacteria he recommended the Air Scrubber, I... read more

This was a routine ac tune up. I was told microbial growth found on evaporator coil. Technician discouraged repair and stated it would just grow back. Recommended a uv light install at cost of $1300. He never called office to check on a price.He left the ac panel unsealed with loose screws which fall out and the panel is now partially open. I called the company rep. No apology, no offer to fix the shoddy workmanship... just a defense of the high prices they charge. They not only overcharge but have their technicians attempt ... read more

Called ARS Orlando for service mid to around the end of February, they came to site and service my unit and add additional parts that I purchased from them. A/C was working fine before they got here but after they leave, it would come on and not stay on and stop working completely. Being in Florida, the heat is always high and they house reaches 90 degree during the day and humidity is high. I am a long time customer of ARS and have always received 5***** service from every service person. But I think management should do a better job of supporting those individuals ie supplying computer pads that work. I suppose many businesses are experiencing these problems due to the pandemic. My faith in ARS service is undaunted.

We purchased a new air-conditioning unit from ARS in June of. 2020. Since the date it was installed they have had to come service the unit 12 times. They even had to uninstall the unit and redo the entire installation due to poor workmanship. Now the unit is down again. It has been down for a month. They say that they are waiting for a part they need to complete the repairs. No idea to if or when they will get the replacement part. Now mind you the unit isn't even 2 years old.
