We had them out to do a check on our air conditioner before hot weather arrived. According to the tech, the system was in bad shape. He called the supervisor who came. We had to sit at the kitchen table while he went through all the issues and prices for fixing. The service tech Mr Frank was on time and took his time with my A/c tune up. He identified a potential future problem with the flux capacitors in each unit which could lead to very expensive repair. I appreciate the attentiveness to my units to prepare them for the summer. Thanks
