I have had ARS check my A/C system for years now. No complaints with the technicians. They seem to be professional and I believe they have saved me from serious problems with my now 13-year old system. I definitely recommend regular check-ups.

I contacted ****** to arrange the purchase and installation of a top model water heater. I was primarily interested in the 12 year warranty that's standard. ****** contacted their contractor for my area. It was ARS. The problem I had was that ARS does not go to the ****** and bring desired model. Instead ARS brings the base model that they bulk stock and upcharges for extended warranty. The base model is an appliance with only a 6 year standard wanted and none of the advance features (leak detection ect). It is obvious that ... read more

John Bennett was very helpful. He took time to go over the thermostat settings with me and was very patient. He answered all my questions about my a/c unit and was very thorough.

The plumber had the knowledge and the expertise to complete the job. But, he also was very good at listening to the problem and explaining what needed to be done. It was much appreciated.

Had our AC tune-up today with Brandon and we were quite pleased with his professionalism. ARS called to let us know that he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He was polite and willing to answer our questions.

Great customer service. Booking was quick and easy. They showed up when they said they were going to and the plumber (**) was knowledgeable and honest about the best path forward - and genuinely seemed to care about my best interests rather than selling me the most expensive option. Will definitely call them again.

I wanted an estimate on a new install for our home. An appointment was agreed and confirmed after waiting two hours this firms representative never showed or had the courtesy of canceling the appointment: Hello RICHARD. ARS Rescue Rooter Illinois, your local ********** authorized heating and cooling contractor, is confirming your appointment time as Saturday, 4/30 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. To Reschedule call us at ************** He called the day before to confirm this appointment!
