This was a warranty call for my ****** a/c unit. It was the service man diagnosed the problem and sent a team to finish. Great team work. Do not use this company to repair your air conditioner, they will put new parts on and charge a lot of money but never fix the problem!!! I called company and complained, was told someone would call me back but never heard anything. I am on a fixed income and can not afford things like this, l feel like l have been lied to

I always have good experiences with DM Select Services. They provide thorough inspections and are always friendly and professional. When I needed to purchase a new air conditioning unit last year, they provided me with several options as well as the pros and cons for each one. I highly recommend this company.

I had a very expensive gas water heater installed by ****** in mid April 2022. After the tech checked the gas line for leaks with a propane tour heater he said no leaked, it was good. The next day I smelled gas so I called ****** explained the smell and the sent an Air Condition tech to fix the gas leak. He didn't have a clue. So, to fix it he turned the gas off - no hot water that night. After another call to ****** they finally sent a tech who knew what he was doing. He found all gas lines loose and replaced them all. Service response time was good. However, since I was asking for a second opinion, tech barely looked at AC. I'd been told the part was unavailable, but ARS tech told me they could definitely get it. But wouldn't try to check and said they wouldn't until they had payment. They were almost twice as much in estimate for service and much higher for replacement. I'd used them for original installation, but then stopped because of distrust and cost. The unit is less than 7 years old and needs to be replaced. I should have trusted ... read more
