A negative star rating would be more appropriate for this company. I had Yes install a new air conditioning system back in 2014. Every year they came out and did quote routine maintenance on the system. Well my AC went out. When they came out. They said the condenser was out and it would cost $3,029.00 to fix it. Immediately after saying that, they said that due to the economy and inflation, it could take a few weeks to get the part. That was their sales pitch to try and sell me into a new HVAC system for $18,957.00. They th... read more

This company is TRASH! I called to have someone come look at my hot water heater that is leaking. Have had it for 16 years. We are aware it probably has to be replaced. Spoke with someone on Thursday evening, someone came out on Friday (late but it was communicated). Scheduled service for install on Saturday (TODAY) between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. Well that time came and went with no communication what so ever. No text, no phone call, NOTHING! My kitchen sinks clog about April,6. I called them that day morning and they came in same day afternoon about 5:00pm. After the guys looked at it and they snaked it. I have been charged ****** from my card for the job. i am thinking the price high for it. I called the company to ask the receipt to show me what they did, i haven't received. After a month i called again to ask a receipt i still haven't received anything so far.

We hired this company to install a new HVAC system and vents and return plenums in October 2019. We paid 17k for there work and they didnt install our air ducts correctly and never put in supply or return plenums. We have been paying a electric **** of $350 plus since and this months is estimated to be $500 plus. We had a company come out as we didnt know they did not install the venting correct or didnt fulfill the contract by adding supply or return air vents until it was pointed out to us. ** stopped cooling on a Friday (6/24). Diagnosis was a clogged condensing coil. Workers came out Saturday (6/25) and replaced the coil, plenum and overflow pan. Unbeknownst to me, the workers who replaced the coil did not reconnect the condensation drain line, resulting in water soaking the ceiling in the bedroom. The person who came out Sunday (6/26) to find where the water was coming from totally missed that the drain wasn't connected, told us it was a duct that was damaged, but told the service **** at ARS that it was the... read more

Ill make it simple I had a leak that was caused from them and they told me they would have to cut the ceiling out to fix the leak but because it was there fault that there insurance would cover the repairs by the way I was talking to one of there mangers the whole time that's who told me this stuff. Late Nov. 2020, we had an entire HVAC system installed. Around $17,000 and a 10 yr "warranty". June 2022 I noticed a leak coming from our ceiling. My husband went into the attic to check where the leak was coming from & it was coming from our AC unit's water filter tray overflowed. We have a fairly new unit that was installed by Conway. 3 years old. The outside unit stopped working 3 days ago. They have been at the house twice. They said it was fixed and left. Condenser unit is still not working after technician left. Called back to let them know and was told Id receive a call back in 20 minutes. No one called. When I called back they said theyd put in another service call with no ETA. Well now be on day 4 of no air after the original call. I called ARS out for a tune up on 2 ac units after a few minutes of checking the tech said I need to replace capacitors on both units at which he gave me the price which I thought was way over priced bit be I have an 80 year old mom along with wife and kids I did it against my better judgment. I just want buyers to be aware of their company they are out to rip off the average person.
