They charged me $14,000 for the air conditioner that I have estimates for $6500.00 for the same unit fully installed and permits. The salesman was here for 4hrs. and at 9:30 at night he was still here. He wouldn't leave. I kept telling him that my husband has dimentia and wants his supper. Our upstairs toilet flooded, which caused significant damage. In the process of turning off the water to the toilet I believe we over tightened the shut off valve, which caused a slight leak. I was planning on fixing it, but the contractors hired to do the water mitigation would not continue the work without a plumber coming to fix the shut-off valve. I wish I would have read their **** review before scheduling a service for a clogged line. It was such a nightmare. 3 Technicians in 2 days and it still wasn't cleared. The scheduler told me it would cost $69 then I was charged $89. I was told she would request a refund of the $20 and she didn't. And that service call didn't work. Within 2 hours the line was clogged again. We went with ARS because they had a set up at *********** The sales guy came out, was very nice and helpful. He told us the new unit would only take up half of our closet, but it took up the whole closet. The guys that installed it made a mess of our walls, never offered to clear, and messed up the dry wall. FRAUDS! ARS sold me old units as new. I purchased (2) HV** systems on 2/12/20 from ARS Rescue Rooter through ************** and paid with a ********** credit card. They gave me two options - option 1 was for 14 seer systems and option 2 was for 16 seer systems. I have purchased three air and heating systems ARS rescue rooter two for myself and one for my son. The total cost was approximately $25,000. My last purchase was for a carrier heat pump two years ago. My air condition went out June 23, 2022. I called ARS and **** came out the next day to see what happened to the unit.
