Had to get a new AC. It was installed wrong , the shroud has been replaced twice and still looks like crap. It did not pass city inspection. Three additional service techs have been out to figure out the problem. Said they would be back in 2 weeks. That was 6 weeks ago. Emailed installation coordinator with no response. Called and you get customer service call center. They pass on call but no one ever calls back. I even drove to the location in St Pete to talk to them. They don't even know what the left or right hand is doin... read more
I called them at 9 PM at night, on a Thursday, and they were at my house at 8:30 AM the next morning on Friday. They resolve my issue, and I am very pleased
