I have had a great first time experience with ARS of Myrtle Beach from the person answering the phone to the two service people one for HAVC spring tube up and the plumbing for hot water heater replacement all done in one day. The service people were very professional and knew there job and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help.

To expensive. Over priced Cost should have been around 600 to 700 you charge $1250 Installer did good job but will not use or recommend your service.

I had services on X-XX-XXXX and to this day I still haven't received an itemized bill nor a call why this charge of $500 only has a 90 day warranty. I have been calling weekly being told they will send by email and give me a call. I had my Pvc Pipe fixed for a leak attached to my water meter. Since it's underground I assume there would be before and after pictures. The only thing they gave my son ( I was at work ) was a foot long pike with a inch leak. They can charge my credit card and send a text for that but can't email m... read more

She sent the invoice that I was requesting a month later and guess what!? No Warranty. All I wanted was a warranty for this high price job, guarantee your work if you're good.
