ARS was quick to get a technician to my house when the AC went out. Diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. Very courteous and thorough work.
I had a new a package AC Hvac unit installed in my mobile home 1 year ago. The technicians did not secure the opening and a critter caused damage to my ductwork. I explained that to the technician and his boss had offered a discount on the ductwork The contract states that the area is to be left secure. A piece of metal was attached and bricks were placed on one side and on the other side the skirting was pushed back but the j channel wasn't secure.

ARS sent Tim S to my house for an A/C issue. Tim was on time and after a few questions went right to work on the system. He found the problem quickly and made the repair for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them for all of my hearing and a/c needs in the future.

Freddy A. came out today for a follow up service call. He corrected a couple minor issues from a junior technician?s service call. Freddy was courteous, nice, knowledgeable and fast. The junior technician was also very good and super nice. Nice to see a young man working hard. He?ll learn the tricks I?m sure. We have a fancy HVAC system, and the computer parts need certain handling post service. Freddy took care of that quickly and we are back in business. Signed up at Home Depot for an A/C maintenance service from Roto Rooter. The gentleman that showed up at the house took maybe 20 minutes looking at different parts of the unit. Then went about telling me that I needed to replace my entire unit No maintenance was performed on it by him. He wrote up an estimate on the repairs then called the office to set up another person to come out to discuss mt options. repair vs replace.
Randy was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Was very pleased.
