ARS Orlando Florida. The worse service you can get. Almost a year Bad installation of my equipment that didn't passed the city inspection and they still pending to come fix the requirement to pass it. Two times in a year the equipment has issues. And now without service for two weeks pending to be repaired. This is a terrible service. I don't recommend ********** to install a/c as they use this company in Orlando area. I will continue to report this chain of incidents until be heard

Atlas Trillo through Home Depot did a great job. They were friendly and knowledgeable and got my system up and running in 3 days. They also were able to help me with an interior door that was locked.
The 5-stars is for Lonnie, who fixed my HVAC once and for all. I have spent well over $20k on just HVAC issues, even with using a home warranty. I've gone through 3 HVAC companies, 4 individual repairmen and 2 complete system replacements in the 5.5 years I've lived in this single family home. My HVAC has NEVER worked as well as it does, right now. Thanks to JUST Lonnie. If you use this company, ask for Lonnie. Anyone else in this company, I would be cautious and bewary.
I was charged $430.00 to repair a broken pressure valve on a hot water tank Part $26.00 and 10 min repair should not cost this much I was given the because of Covid excuse prices are higher It was a defective part on their water heater they sold us 2 years ago I expected to pay a minimal fee for the labor not $400. I have contacted them to no results I would not recommend them to anyone

We purchased a new HVAC system from this company about 5 years ago, so when our unit began making loud noises we called them for the repair. We paid $278 for the non-emergency service call and diagnostic fee and were told the fan motor needed to be replaced. We were also told the part was under warranty and had to be ordered, and we would be charged for labor only when the part came in.
