Arrived on time. Both men were very courteous. They seem to know what they were doing. I would have given them five stars but they stood a little close to me without masks on and I happen to be immune compromised.
Team came out and evaluated my system which has a gas leak smell. Determined it was a gas valve and were very efficient about it. Appreciate the good service.
The technician did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend the company to anyone else needing similar repairs
It was time for me to do my AC maintenance before turning on the unit. Even though I was not too happy about the last time last year when ARS serviced my AC, I decided to call them anyway since they had resolved the issue. Last year's issues was a technician messing up the wiring on my unit and all it would do is blow hot air. They had to send another technician out and this person said my Nest thermostat was bad and replaced it at no charge with a new one. Because of this I decided to use them again. The warranty technician Jose did a great job of finding and fixing a complicated problem.
Over charged for work done and tried to over charge again for the same job
Technician was professional, courteous, and took time to explain what he was doing. He arrived during the scheduled time and completed my ac spring service quickly. Have been using them for years and have not had any complaints.

Ron was amazing and explained so many things to us. We are waiting for estimates to see which option to choose. Ron was just amazing and taking a look at the furnace and air conditioner which is very old and telling us what options we could consider and answered all our questions
