What a racket this place has. Called for a leaking kitchen pipe into our basement. Price was astronomically high but what were we to do since we were in a bad situation and needed it fixed. Job was rated for 2hrs and 30 mins and the price goes up each 30 mins past that estimated time. Tech took pictures of what the job was which was just the main drain pipe that fed to the main waste line. Never had anything leaking under the sink into the cabinet till after the tech was working. I requested quote for ac replacement. Did agree on price. Tech nam Gab ask for credit approved for financing. So gave him information. That time he didn?t not mention he be opining credit card. Which is store base card carrier AC brand. And I was agreed to install RUUD unit. This is very bad business practice. And they didn?t even agreed on quote and now I am stuck with theirs 13k store cc for nothing.
We just had two high velocity air conditioners installed. The crew was very professional, friendly and fast. They showed up on time, kept my property clean, and explained everything regarding our new systems and their maintenance. As first time home owners we appreciated that they answered all our questions very thoughtfully and personally based on their own experiences. We will definitely call them for our next project.
ARS is horrible! When you call them you get a call center in Florida. They send a message to the local store. No one will call you back and they will not let you talk to a person at the local store unless you get real nasty with them. They charged me for work they were going to perform but had not. They ordered a warrantied part that was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days that ultimately was never sent. They did no follow up. My family went without heat for a month! Very unorganized business! Had a 10-4 pm time slot for a service appointment which was changed to 5-7pm at 3:55pm all to not show up AT ALL ! Never try to use this business again
On time and very professional. Knowledgeable service tech and completed everything in a timely manner. He explained what service that was needed and gave options to consider before any extra work was done. Cleaned up the area satisfactorily.
