Excellent , no, a Superior job by Daniel Guido. In addition to doing the prescribed maintenance work on my ac unit, Daniel identified a problem with my ac , recommended and explained the solution and installed an air scrubber. He also changed my air filter and the battery in my ceiling carbon monoxide unit, which had been beeping for sometime. My attempts to change it was unsuccessful. A job well done . Thanks.

I moved into my house in June of 2019. The electric bill was $560 the first full month in an 1800 sq ft home and we found that to be unheard of so we got Duke energy to do an energy audit at our home. They concluded that our 12 year old A/C unit was most likely our biggest issue. We hired Unique criminals in October of 2019 to install a Carrier Performance 17 and new duct work so we could get our electric bill down. Aksarben ARS is a company that should not be trusted. Sure they have a lot of good ads and commercials, but don't let that fool you into believing they don't rip people off and don't feel too safe with what you read from there home page. They claim they can help with a variety of issues and emergencies. I have there home protection plan and do all the maintenance tuneups they suggest. I bought an $11840 heating and hvac system in 10/2020. It is less than 2 years old and already has 3 broken parts? Three? Less than 2 years ol... read more

Poor Diagnosis, and Worse Customer Service. My HVAC/ Furnace stopped working last weekend and I called ARS to come and diagnose it. The technician that came out briefly looked at it and determined that the inducer motor was not working and needed to be replaced. He quoted me ~$3K to replace the motor, but suggested that b/c the unit was 12years old it probably would have more issues and needed to be replaced. JT****** was so helpful! Glad he was there in my toilet time of need. I'm not very good with getting things fixed because I think people are always out to get me and I'll pay way too much for services. However, I felt like everything was on the up and up and it was worth the cost to have my toilet back. The plumber did a great job at making everything understandable and comfortable with the cost.

We have been a long time customer of ARS. Up until recently, they have been outstanding. But, when I had a warranty issue with my HVAC unit, with a ten year warranty, that I bought from them, they suggested I buy a new unit. The unit still had 4+years left on the warranty. It took the company 5 days, and 5 different technicians to fix the unit. Every technician that showed up analyzed the same problem correctly.
