BRIAN WAS GREAT. He was extremely helpful and walked us through the steps how our furnace needed to be fixed. To Our surprise even though the furnace is only 4 years old. He was very considerate of our feelings .
I was very impressed with Columbus Worthington Air. I reached out and had 4 estimates and decided to go with them to replace my HVAC system on 1/14/22. I?m really please with the work and how they made sure the work got done correct the first time. Very courteous sales and installation folks. Really couldn?t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them.

Winston and Bryan did a great job. Very clean work, communicated well. Cleaned up after. Had a valve problem develop overnight and company very prompt in sending out help within 1 hour. Stuck it out to make sure all functioning well the next day. Very satisfied with company and crew.
MY thermostat is not working on my heating unit , which is only 2 and a half years old. The warranty is for 5 years. I placed a call for service, I obviously need a new thermostat which they did not have with them, it needed to be ordered. Long story longer, I get a call today that they can install a thermostat today at a cost of over 600 dollars!!!
