I would give negative stars if they would allow me too. I have a service contract with Aksarben ARS. I have requested a quote to replace a couple of shut offs valves in my house, according the the company I have to place a service call and be charged 55 dollars just for them to give me an estimate on replacing shutoffs.
ARS is a Good service provider. Timely, Fair priced and affordable.

On November 26th 2021 I had a ARS technician come to repair a leak in the plumbing.. He quoted me $500 dollars no less. I agreed since I had no other choice at the time and after about one and half hour he was finished. He replaced one fitting. Based on similar repairs, this was usury. Since this encounter, I have learned this is not unusual for the company. The ratings I have read on your site don't seem to share these findings which make me wonder about your ratings reports. Great customer service. Bryan called me 30 minutes before technician arrival. Technician (Ben) arrived 30 minutes before appointment time. He was professional and very knowledgeable of his craft! He went to work right away cleaning the main drain. He made sure everything was working before leaving! I highly recommend ARS. I only paid $69 for cleaning my house main drain including free video, problem with my drain solved. Thank you ARS!
