I ask for Lennix and they install a cheap brand unit Called pain. They say we don?t have Lennox in your area. I go week then why was it approved. Will Fix It has been the sole plumbing HVAC dealer for me ever since I bought this house in 2003. The entire organization is caring, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. From a new HVAC to a leaky faucet to complete replacement of old pipes under my 1930s house, they WILL FIX IT!!
If there were 0 zero star rating, I certainly would have chosen that one. Plain and simple, the "technician" from ARS who diagnosed my furnace issue last month either has minimal to no hvac knowledge, or he was attempting to rip me off! I was advised that the inducer motor in my 10 year old Trane unit was toast. On top of that, he said the fan blower motor was getting ready to fail because it was "pulling to many amps". Brian came to inspect my furnace he was very professional and knowledgeable after the inspection he informed me of the proper readings and explained the advantage of having a clear sky ion generator. This individual is a super technician to have come to your house and work on your furnace.
We have been using them for years for Heat and AC as well as Plumbing. They have never failed to be fair, professional and customer orientated. To the max.
Technician arrived on time, provided complete and detailed explanations of the work to be performed and was thorough in completing the work.
STEER CLEAR from these guys! Do not trust them. Columbus Worthington Air tried to SCAM us into buying a new furnace when we only needed an easy repair. Their technician came to fix our furnace that had stopped working on Nov. 22nd. After a brief examination of the unit, James told us we had a cracked heat exchanger and that it would cost over $1600 in labor to fix (the part was covered by warranty). James recommended we not repair the unit because if we did the repair, the unit would probably just break again. James said the... read more
