I requested a technicians report from Trevor and it has been 4 months and this company keeps on telling me I will receive the report, the persons who answer the phone the (4th time) kept twisting my request, told me they could not change the invoice, I told her I just want the report of what was wrong with the AC unit. The technician was very nice but very informal to provide the invoice/report by e-mail, the people who answer the phone kept on saying that they will contact management and billing? but have not got the report... read more
Great response terrible diagnosis. Was told I would need to replace my entire system for $7400, was able to rectify the situation myself for $200. They were unwilling to even attempt the solution that was the clear and easy way. Instead, I feel they were trying to illicit vastly more money than necessary to fix a minor issue.
Immaculate, fast , professional. This tech was better than any other.
Very bad service. The tech was on site less than 2 minutes and didn't do any test, said the HVAC compressor was failing. There will be at least $1900 repair or $4500 new compressor. Another option is to have a brand new heat pump. He then asked for a fee of $59 plus tax. 2nd ARS person showed up and gave a quote of $11000 to replace indoor and outdoor units. The next day I hired a local company recommended by neighbor and it turned out there is no need to replace the units at all. A simple maintenance will just do fine. The ... read more

I placed a call to Brothers regarding replacing the hot water heater. The service tech Mario was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. In the end, we went with another company, simply for the cost but had no complaints about the service placement or any part of the process
Jim was great on my HVAC maintenance visit, thorough, professional and even put a few screws in the outside unit as he noticed it was noisier than it should be!
