I purchased a new a/c unit in June 23,2021, the presentation was awesome, I am writing this because in the presentation mentioned the extended warranty to my shock I don't have the extended warranty I was told it was 800 dollars and that was it I was never told I had to purchase this right then and there, now I have calling and calling the manager told chi chi a girl that took my credit card but never charged me the money, I am in love with with my unit, this is my 3rd unit I have never had a problem with purchasing an exten... read more

I have used unique services since 2007 I I had them install a system at my previous house and maintain it and maintain my current system I had a problem with the system and error code on my thermostat I called unique the tech came out and proceeded to tell me that it would cost me somewhere around $4,000 to fix my AC system because of the type of system it was this is a 13,000 ft house which unique installed a $15,000 system in I decided to get a second opinion $700 later my system was fixed unique is now one of those compan... read more

Just had my unit serviced. Travis was very nice and explained recommended services. The company was very awesome with helping me transition the contract from my mom's name to mine when she passed. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and professional.

Tyler with ARS shut up on time, was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I was concerned that my problem would cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. He completely fixed it in under an hour and a half. Can't say enough about his service! Would recommend highly.
