We received our semi annual service checkup today. Eddie was the ARS technician who came to our home. He was professional, pleasant and thorough. Eddie inspires confidence and trustworthiness, I plan to request him in the future!
An active leak occurred after a simple connection and they have rescheduled 6 times. It is unfortunate to see a company that used to be wonderful, responsive and customer service driven fall so far from where they once were. I have used Allgood, Now ARS Rescue Rooter of Atlanta for almost a decade starting with a plumbing job. it was great to hear they did HVAC service so I had a great company to turn to should I need that. Great service. Very knowledgeable person. He answered all my questions.
This company is located in Norcross Georgia and I wound NEVER recommend. They charged me $99 for a mis-diagnosis, ( remove unneeded filter). Upon their return they clamed that I need a warranted part that would cost $1300 to install. I just received a second opinion and turns out ARS was trying to hustle me. ARS told me that I need The Coil replaced but it turns out it was only the TXV Valve. So I just saved myself $1200.
