Mike was very efficient, and professional. In other words, he knew what he was doing. I felt very confident in putting my trust in him. It took me a year to decide to get this service done. It was worth the wait.
On time, courteous, respectful of property, review of service performed, findings, and recommendations if needed.
I called and received an appointment within three business days. Time was taken to explain to me the different maintenance plans and the cost. My technician Christopher arrived prompt and he was so courteous and professional. He explained all the procedures and steps he was going to do. I am so pleased that part of their maintenance plan is cleaning and inspecting. I am glad I selected them.

I've been with blue. Many many years. Fernando call checa Hip Hop. He's the best tech ever come to the house. He checked the unit inside and out. I found one issue with the scrubber bulb. He had the part on the truck and was able to fix the problem while he was here. That is truly amazing. In the past I've had to wait sometimes a week for the park should be available and then someone has had to come back. I had a heat pump air conditioner/heating system installed in ***** 2021 by ARS/ Allgood Plumbing Electric Heating. The representative ******** told me that I was getting a life time maintenance warranty with my new system which was the reason I chose ARS. Other companies were charging for the maintenance agreement. The day of the installation, the installers did not bring an agreement, they told me to call the office.
