We scheduled Columbus Worthington Air to conduct the fall check of our furnace! We received a call from their office indicating the technician was running a little behind but would arrive asap. That, to me, is a sign of excellent customer service! Soon thereafter the tech arrived and conducted the necessary service. Emily was very pleasant, cordial and went about her work without fanfare! We?re very pleased.
My water heater is 17 years old so I decided to start researching options. Home Depot led me to getting an estimate from ARS. Tommy came over soon after I got home from HD and gave me an estimate for both tank and tankless water heater. He spent quite some time giving the pros and cons of each option. He was very professional and we will certainly consider using ARS.
The tech was very courteous and friendly and treated us as though they appreciated our business. Would recommend them to anyone.
Josh is working hard to get us some hot water! He?s going above and beyond to address our uncommonly sized heater (on the 4th floor!), explaining options, and doing so quickly as nobody likes a cold shower! :)
Jeremey and his crew did a wonderful job of installing a new air conditioning and heating system in our house. It was fast and efficient.
I had a toilet that was loose at the floor and I wanted to see what was wrong so I removed the toilet. I saw that the flange was broken. I have rods in my back so my wife wanted me to call someone to fix it. So on 09/03/21 a tech from ARS Rescue Rooter came out. He agreed that it was a flange so he replaced it, used my gasket and installed the toilet! He was only here about 20 to 30 minutes and charged us $550.00 For that cost I could have bought a new toilet and paid them to install it cheaper than that!!!

Allen worked on installing my new kitchen sink on September 21, 2021. There were some issues but he resolved them. He was was courteous and patient with me, since I?m not too familiar with the sinks. I really appreciated his professionalism. I?ve used and will continue to use ?Will Fix It? and will highly recommend them.
