Over promise under deliver should be the motto. Was told that install would be 6 to 8 hours, after they were at house for 12 hours and 2 of the three employees were brand new they told me they would be back the next day to finish. I call to see when they were going to show and was told we need to order a part now and when it comes in they will call to reschedule. Didnt mention anything about a part when they left after 12 hours of work all of a sudden a mysterious part is needed. Terrible company would never reccomend them.

Initially it seemed like they repair job my mother needed was going to go smoothly. Very responsive in assessing the problem, providing a quote, getting paid the first half, and getting started on the first part of the job ( remove slab, dig hole) When it came to the repair itself, that's where it got mildly ridiculous. Pushing back the repair day (3 times), but ok, things happen. We have been using Unique AC services to maintain our AC for a few years. They have always tried hard to address our needs in a very professional way. Every service tech has been a good listener regarding problems and questions. The office is also always helpful.

I've had several no show and several no call backs. No professional at all. Just gave me the run around. Asking for my money returned back to me is like pulling teeth. I've been trying to get my bucks cleaned for 3 weeks now. 3 no show and no calls are ever returned to me.

DO NOT USE UNIQUE SERVICES. My air conditioning unit went out in August of 2019 so i called a couple A/C places and ended up going with unique simply because they had a better price and my house was 90 degrees. They gave me three unit options at different price ranges as these companies usually do and i went with the most expensive option at just under $10,000 for a unit for my 1380 square foot house, in hopes that i would not have any issues. Blue Dot was wonderful to deal with. They were able to accommodate our Saturday same day emergency request for service. From our initial call to the service technician, they were all around courteous, sympathetic to our situation (having a big party within just a few hours of our AC not working on a 95 degree day), and reassuring that they could send a service tech to our house before our party. I usually do not send reviews unless it falls on both end of the spectrum. In this case, A/C services performed by Steve was not only professional but above and beyond. Too often, we as customers, have to lower our expectations because competency, quality services and personable relationship are the exception rather the norm. Not in this case - Actually feels like I have paid for thorough and complete job - Much appreciated.

We have used this company back when it was a crown - so over 20 yrs. Still very professional and thorough w a fair price that they give you before starting the job. They let you know if there may be a higher charge abd stop to ask if you give permission if something is more complex Lucky mine was straight forward. Do not trust ekectrical work to someone who is NZiT a true electrician. He repaired a light that had hidden wear inside that could have been dangerous and installed 3 safety plugs near my sinks Excellent work Highl... read more
