Horrible Company! American Residential Services D.B.A. A.R.S. out of Sanford, Florida. They were supposed to install a brand new Air Handler, brand new Thermostat and brand new fragrant line set for $6,080.00 The morning of the install a women called and said the installers are on their way, I advised her that one of them was already here. Absolutely beyond annoyed with ARS Rescue Rooter's lack of customer service. We purchased three (3) new HVAC units a year ago and are now being told that we need to pay for refrigerant in one of the units after four (4) service visits in that timespan! This unit has a thermostat that, when set, is never getting satisfied to match the temperature that is set during the hot summer days.
