Gary with ARS came out same day to check AC blowing hot air on hot day. He knew capacitor was, and after trip to warehouse for part, had it replaced with AC blowing cool air again!

Very pleased! Quincy Penningron came to evaluate my water heater and help me if I needed a replacement. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and helped me understand technical things in everyday language. Most of all, he was HONEST. Told me that my water heater was ok for now. I so appreciate his honesty. When I am ready to replace my water heater, I know who to call.

The Technician came out to my property. Charged me a diagnostics fee on my central air conditioning unit. Told me it was broke. Needed to be replaced. Not fixable. Next day an HVAC inspector came out and turned it on for me. Not broke after all. The comfort specialist came to my home to sell me new air conditioning and furnace.
