He's had an installation of 2 toilets done through home depot is through home depot which was carried out by ARSHe had an installation of 2 toilets done through home depot which was carried out by ARS. I know that ARS is a long standing company and has had its fair share of up-and-down reviews. However, I will the 2 installers today were very professional very courteous and did and good job on my install. Would definitely use them again.
They came the same day, on time and were quick and professional. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues
I'm very disappointed...1st. No one called to confirm my appt time so I had to call myself only to be told that someone would be by 11am..Then someone called changing the times from 11 to 230 thru 5.Then a tech finally came but was sent in error...Only to leave my house without fulfilling my reinstallment but tells me someone is coming right after he leaves..Then..no one came....Then I call to verify and an employee tells me sorry that happened but what else can i do..ALL the supv are gone for the day..This is ridiculous..I ... read more
I bought new A/C Heat Pump with Elect. Filter. Now I need new filters and I have called over 13 times and get the same thing. The person I talk to says she will send my request over to the parts dept. and they will call me with in 24 or48 hours. It has been weeks and no one calls. I call back and they tell me the same thing, and no call back. They sent a service man with the wrong size filters two different times and I show him my old filter for the right size and I still can not get a filter or a call. I need some kind of h... read more

I purchases an A/C and Heating unit just over a year ago, both cost in total well over 10k. within the year i have had to have it serviced multiple times and had to pay hundreds of dollars each time. When installed all of the air duct was not properly replaced like it should have been. Also when installing one of the installers put a hole in the wall and said '' I didn't do that you just want free stuff'' after my wife had shown him doing it to the supervisor he tried to fight my wife and got fired on the spot... this compan... read more

ARS did an amazing job with my emergency repair. Scottie rushed to my home on a Sunday night, stopped a major leak that crashed my ceiling in, quickly identified my old part and ordered replacement parts. He fit me into their busy schedule just a few days later and brought a helpful assistant, John to ensure finishing the repairs in that visit.
