Eric the tech plumber was really helpful. Joseph his did everything he could to get him there 2hrs after the appointment time. But when he got there he was informative and explained everything as he cleared the drain.

I called this company in May to just get my air conditioner serviced for the summer. I scheduled my first appointment for May 24. I have been resheduled at least four times and today told me that they would need to RESCHEDULE ME AGAIN due to the company just stating that today is a holiday and they did not know that. They had only one technician and they could not get to me. I will never use this company again and maybe you should think about using them as well. James did a great job and was very thoughtful and patient in answering any questions we had. Overall ARS Rescue Rooter did a good job handling our plumbing project.

Our air conditioner broke in the middle of summer. ARS sent Brian out the next morning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes.

Last year the thermostat for my central ac was not working. I called AJ Perri to repair the thermostat. I was told the thermostat has a short and I needed to replace the entire unit. Now before the thermostat had the short my house would be nice and cool. This last year June 2020. I replaced the whole system. We are now in June 2021 and I have had nothing but problem with this system. They didn't even give me new parts the kept the existing refrigerant hose and taped it with some duct tape, which was began to leak and my cei... read more

ARS charged $500.00 to replace a warranty part on my Rheem A/C. All labor. We already knew what was wrong. (My husband was a tech. for 30 years) All he had to do is go get the new part and put it on. Would normally take 30 minutes max. Service rep. Didn't have the right tools. Had to use ours. All this was after he went to get the part and his van broke down. I have 4 homes in the area and will never call this company again.

AC is OUT, house got to 90 and they gave me a 2-6 window. It?s now 7 and they haven?t come. Read other reviews and glad I cancelled. I don?t love those guys!!!!!

If I could rate a zero, I would. I have an almost 4 year saga going on that was never truly reconciled by Unique/ARS or whoever they are calling themselves these days. After Hurricane Irma, our ducts were damaged and air condition that came with our house no longer worked. In the middle of a hot and humid September and with insurance not covering this damage, we were forced to act quickly.
