Great service. The problem with my AC and the options to fix were explained clearly. Always have had great service with Blue Dot.
Awesome,prompt,courteous hardworking crew. From the first technician to the installation crew. My service is so much better and all of them were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One day installation for heat and A/C. They took care of my house and cleaned up as they went. I have nothing the highest regard for the whole company. I would recommend to anyone.
After being quoted one week to finish a very simple job of sliding a new polyvinyl pipe and then getting out I had this job checked out on 5/1 and I am filing this complaint on 6/23 and they are still not finished. I have never heard so many Lies from a company claiming when a job would be done, Killing an entire lawn, and watched lazier batch of workers while 5 watch one man dig a hole for three hours straight in my life. Our service technician, Gary Babb was absolutely outstanding! He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained what he had done plus special offers by ARS. I would recommend him and ARS to everyone I know.
We had a tankless water heater installed 12/2019, since than we have had nothing but problems with it such as no hot water, four months after the installation we had an error code 11 or 12, (insufficient air flow/gas) the tech advised the gas meter had to be replaced, I contacted the gas company to replace the meter. Four months later the same issue, tech cleared the intake filter worked ok for a week. Another tech came, found loose connection on flame rod and cleared ignitor rod. as a general contractor ARS is the WORST plumbing contractor I have ever experienced and that is in 45 years of contracting. After working with them on a schedule I made an appointment for a week later, today from 10-2. I had phoned them 2 days earlier to double check and appt on. I phoned them this morning at 8:15 to make triple 4 sure and was assured they will be and i will receive a call 1/2 hour before. I went to job site and "opened up" the plumbing to be ready. Do not do business with this company!!! They charged me $1500 for a job that my neighbor got done for $250. If I could use zero stars I would.
This company over promised when it comes to the timeframe for the job. I paid someone one day because they had not finished in the two days they said they would. Then I went under my house and found loads of the old installation just left there a perfect nest for rats. I spent half a day cleaning that. I determined I was not happy with that or the holes they left where vents should be. This company Unique responds to problems within 24 hours. Have used their service for 4 years now. last week I had problems keeping the air temp at 76 degrees, they found the problem had to order a new piece of equipment which took a week to obtain and installed it. More importantly they keep my equipment running until the part arrived. The techs they have are educated enough and some more than others.
