Dennis and Leon were amazing! They were very professional! They came in assessed the problem with my AC and advised me on our options.
Repairman, Kenny, came right out and fixed the problem. I have used this company before with great satisfaction.
I should have read the reviews on Yelp.com first before having them install my new HVAC system. The first sign was that they showed up with the wrong unit. Then it took a month for them to seal the unit which involved a lot of time lost at work. Then the company took my $3000 I paid down on the unit made out to Home Depot and deposit it into ARS account which led to filing payment disputes with Home Depot. After that got taken care of then the HVAC system started to have problems. It had to have Freon put in it then the comp... read more
Our AC went out last night. The tech on-call was able to come after finishing a couple calls ahead of us by 11:45pm and was finished by midnight. He was so professional and considerate. Thomas knew exactly what to fix and we woke up to a chilly home. We are so appreciative especially since it?s going to be close to 90 this week. He put in long hours that day and we are very grateful for him!

Our experience with Columbus Worthington Air regarding our brand new HVAC system was terrific. We were very unpleasant experience with unprofessional service by our home insure company when our old HVAC had broken down. The problems were professionally addressed and the new HVAC system was installed in January 2021. Unfortunately, the new HVAC system installed by the Columbus Worthington Air had issues in 5 months. ARS is great. Tommy was very helpful in arranging for our new ac/heating system.
This company are a bunch of crooks including their techs, was told I needed new coils and it would cost about $1300 to fix. Had three different companies come out and was told by all three that coils are fine. All three companies told me the same thing, "your unit is to small for your sq, footage" So I'm stuck with an ac unit that throws nothing put warm air! Why the hell would they install a unit that can't handle the space? How are companies like this still allowed to stay open and take advantage of people? Please save you... read more
