Tech was nice, came to out house quick to diagnose AC issue. My only 2 issues were: 1.He fixed the issue and replaced a part without giving me the cost up front. 2. When he did tell us what we owed, he charged us $420 to replace a single pole capacitor that I?m sure was waaaay overpriced, and also tacked on the $80 diagnostic fee without waving it since he did do the repair. So $500 for an ac capacitor replacement. I know they range in price from $10-maybe $100, but $420?

It's been a couple of hard years after this company replaced our AC and heater. Neither system works . We are paying at 23%interest on an unreliable system . If we call them it will cost for them to even look at it.So do not fall for their deal ,starts out okay for 1 year and then the cost goes to 23% interest and they do not stand behind their work or the equipment .

So I just had a horrible experience with blue dot. Every single person I interacted with was not a good experience at all. So to start I had a very old AC unit. I was aware that it needed to be replaced specially since R-22 is no longer available. So first they sent a tech out to look at unit. The tech didn't wear a mask the entire time he was in my house looking at the unit. Of course the tech said right away that it needed to be replaced when he saw how old it was. Called ARS for emergency service, I had nicked the copper line with hedge clippers, A/C was not cooling, showed the tech, he said no that was not the problem, he said would need to put over $600 of freon, and test the system that is eight years old and we most likely needed a new unit. The sales guy then came it was like a bait & switch trying to sell us a new A/C system at the end of the month and unit was still under warranty. I was massively overcharged for a repair and they refused to make it right. Buyer beware. They quoted me $2,600 for a sewage pump replacement on the basis the part alone was $1,200 (per Scott). The repair was completed in 2 hours. When I received the paperwork, I looked it up on the manufactures web site and the part was $451. Incidentally also available for $400 on for curbside pickup at lowes. So they charged me $1,000 an hour for the job. When I approached them about this, their excuse was the job was fixed price. Very prompt, very courteous and very efficient! Had an A/C unit not cooling, and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him kudos! I've been a longtime customer of Will Fix It and will remain so. Thanks!
