No stars! Came out 3 times,,, kept saying the fixed it,,, worked for ten mins,,,, charged me and I now have to get a new unit from a reputable company

I have been using Blue Dot to maintain my HVAC system over ten years and have received very timely and professional service twice each year. I just received my Spring check and was very impressed with the quality of COVID19 precautions the technician exercised. Moveover, he detected an AC system fault that I wouldn't have known about until I tried to turn on the unit for the first time in warmer weather. Mike was the AC technician. He was extremely polite, took pictures of our issues and explained what the options would be to resolve the issues. He wasn?t high pressure and appeared very experienced and knowledgeable.
