Paid for Blue Dot to come check an error code on my Carrier HVAC system to diagnose and repair. The tech spent no time trying to diagnose and repair the issue, but simply stated that the entire system needs replaced and then charged for the service call. If you aren't going to provide any service, then don't charge for it. The system is only 8 years old and clearly didn't need replaced. I called another more reputable local business that diagnosed failed capacitor and had it fixed in minutes.
Excellent service !!! Will use there services again as they are very professional.
Jeremy was so great!! He solved all of our problems without pressuring us on anything! He came back and spent all day on the repairs making sure we were taken good care of.We highly recommended ARS, and especially Jeremy!! Thank so much, Jeremy!!
Zero stars! Never showed up for appointment. I called them twice within 2 hours of when they were supposed to arrive and they had no information, no explanation, and no apology. Do NOT use this company as they clearly do not respect customers' time and don't know how to run a business.
