Wow, really perfect con this is from Home Depot and Greenstar. Based on what a service technician had told me four years ago, I called Home Depot looking to see if they can provide me with the receipt for warranty claim on my HVAC system, particularly the compressor. Instead they said they can provide an evaluation and waive the diagnostic fees if they do the repairs, also help with finding the information needed for warranty claim, like the date of install or manufacture by looking up the serial number etc on the system usi... read more

Rescue Rooter did a great job. Edgar arrived early within the window and explained clearly what needed to be done to fix our clogged drains. It ended up to be major work because the sewer pipe was found collapsed (original orangeboard pipe from 1957) and needed to be replaced. Edgar and his crew were professional and courteous and were able to complete the project ASAP. Highly recommended.

I have been with Brothers for quite a long time and have used them not only for my heating/air but also for plumbing and have been very satisfied with their service and response. I recently had a issue that could have been very troubling for both myself and the company but after several discussions they responded and corrected it beyond my expectations. I'm not happy with ARS. They came out to fix my AC and charged almost $400 for a capacitor that is under warranty. It took 5 minutes to diagnose and another 5 minutes to replace. They were unwilling to give me a breakdown of part (which should be free since it's covered by warranty) and labor. I was also told I was given a 5% senior discount but I have no proof of any discount or free part. And I don't feel that $400 for less than 1/2 hour of total time spent was correct for labor.

I was told I needed to replace my A/C with the claim of high cost to repair. I got a second opinion and it was a 99 cent fuse. I have heard HVAC repair techs now get a commission on sales, this to me is a huge conflict of interest. Very disappointed. I was called everyday asking if I was ready to move forward with replacement. I asked for a phone call when I found out it was only a fuse, and the calls stopped and no one has called me. This truly says something about a company.
